The Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation - The Regional Action Plans for Jobs are an initiative of the Department of Jobs, Enterprise and Innovation aimed at boosting job creation in the regions.

Action Plan for Jobs 2017 - The Action Plan for Jobs is a whole-of-Government initiative under which all Government Departments and Agencies work together to deliver on the agreed action points for each year.

Enterprise Ireland - Enterprise Ireland is the government organisation responsible for the development and growth of Irish enterprises in world markets. EI works in partnership with Irish enterprises to help them start, grow, innovate and win export sales in global markets. In this way, they support sustainable economic growth, regional development and secure employment.

IDA Ireland - Ireland's inward investment promotion agency, the IDA, is a non-commercial, semi-state body promoting Foreign Direct Investment into Ireland through a wide range of services. IDA partner with potential and existing investors to help them establish or expand their operations in Ireland.

Local Enterprise Offices - Your Local Enterprise Office provides advice, information and support in starting up or growing a business. With 31 dedicated teams across the Local Authority network in Ireland, Local Enterprise Offices offer a wide range of experience skills and services.

InterTradeIreland - A Cross-Border Trade and Business Development Body funded by the Department of Jobs Enterprise and Innovation in Ireland and the Department for the Economy. We support businesses, through innovation and trade initiatives to take advantage of North/South co-operative opportunities to improve capability, drive competitiveness, growth and jobs.

Údarás na Gaeltachta - The regional authority responsible for the economic, social and cultural development of the Gaeltacht.

Fáilte Ireland - The National Tourism Development Authority. Fáilte Ireland's role is to support the tourism industry and work to sustain Ireland as a high-quality and competitive tourism destination. They provide a range of practical business supports to help tourism businesses better manage and market their products and services.

Regional Skills Fora - the new Network of Regional Skills Fora being created as part of the Government’s National Skills Strategy provide an opportunity for employers and the education and training system to work together to meet the emerging skills needs of their regions. More structured engagement on the skills agenda and the work of the Fora will contribute to better outcomes for learners and support enterprise development.

Skillnets - Actively supporting and working with businesses in Ireland to address their current and future skills needs. Skillnets fund groups of companies in the same region/sector, and with similar training needs, through training networks that deliver subsidised training to Irish businesses.

Science Foundation Ireland (SFI) - The national foundation for investment in scientific and engineering research. SFI invests in academic researchers and research teams who are most likely to generate new knowledge, leading edge technologies and competitive enterprises in the fields of science, technology, engineering and maths (STEM).
